2. Intellectual property and photography

Unless otherwise stated, the design, text, layout, and content of this website are the property of Shadoworks FZE.

The event and project photography shown on this site is used to showcase our work and is included either because we hold the rights to it, or with the permission of the relevant photographer, client, artist, or agency. We take care to only display images we're entitled to use — if you believe an image on this site infringes your rights or has been used without appropriate clearance, please contact us at hello@shadoworkslightingdesign.com and we will review and, where necessary, remove it promptly.

You may not reproduce, copy, redistribute, or otherwise use any images, text, or other content from this site without our prior written permission, except for your own personal, non-commercial reference.

3. Enquiries and proposals

Submitting an enquiry through this website — whether via the "Start a Project" form or by email — does not create a binding agreement between you and Shadoworks. Project scope, pricing, availability, and terms are only confirmed once we've issued a formal proposal or contract that both parties have agreed to.

We aim to keep the information on this site accurate and up to date, but we make no guarantee that all content is complete, current, or error-free, and we may update or correct it at any time without notice.

5. Limitation of liability

This website is provided on an "as is" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Shadoworks accepts no liability for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or inability to use, this website.

6. Governing law

These terms — and any dispute arising from them — are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, where Shadoworks FZE is registered, and the courts of the United Arab Emirates have jurisdiction over any such dispute. This applies even though we provide our services to clients worldwide. If a dispute becomes relevant, we'd recommend seeking legal advice specific to the circumstances.
